      Tom Morganelli

Tom Morganelli started out as an entrepreneur, opening his own telecommunications company that grew into 10 stores within 3 short years. Through that time, Tom experienced all the ups and downs that come with owning a successful business. Using his experience, Tom began mentoring business owners who, like him, were just starting out down the road of entrepreneurship. His mission was to help them excel by lending his expertise to enable them to scale and readily adapt to change.

Eventually, Tom joined the FedEx team during a relatively turbulent period of structural change.  His expertise, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit, drive and determination led him to develop an end-to-end sales program for FedEx that is used in the field today by hundreds of team members and their managers nationwide.

During his time at corporate, Tom still sought after the inspiration of the entrepreneurial journey and began working with the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, eventually chairing their Top Investor Steward Council. In addition, Tom is a mentor at the Dallas Entrepreneurial Center; it is there that he decided to open The Morganelli Agency (TMA).

The mission of the agency is to provide the expertise necessary to build a strong strategic plan coupled with innovative market and brand strategies.  In order to do so, Tom has put an all-star team together to ensure that they are laser focused on the needs of the client.  Kate, TMA’s President is a global brand marketer who manages marketing efforts for brands such as Kate Spade New York, Diesel, Adidas, Michele and Zodiac. Patrick, TMA’s Creative Director is an award winning graphic designer, who has been featured in dozens of prominent publications.

Tom always says “Big or small, we encourage our clients to get back to their roots. We provide clarity in a marketplace saturated by forgettable brands. TMA is all about pushing the boundaries and redefining the defined.” According to Tom, “TMA doesn’t accept just any client, our philosophy is that in order to be successful we need to be considered a partner. Partners look out for each other’s best interest; while, vendors collect a check.” TMA prides itself on its client relationships and because of that we decline more business than we accept.
