Leanna Laskey McGrath has a passion for serving others and helping them create success. She joined the edtech startup, OrgSync, very early on with a handful of people bootstrapping the company out of a house in Austin and has spent the past decade helping to make it successful through various stages in the business lifecycle. They relocated to Dallas, grew the team to 50+ employees, and took OrgSync to 450 colleges and universities across the world. Leanna served as VP Customer Success and built the team from the ground up, creating a fanatically loyal customer base with consistent 97%+ renewal rates and significant add-on sales. She helped lead the company through a successful acquisition by Leeds Equity Partners followed by a merger with Campus Labs. Her expertise lies in creating and retaining customers in a SaaS B2B model, building strong teams and strong cultures, and leading through rapid and sometimes radical change and growth.
Prior to OrgSync, she worked in the field of customer service and also spent time in the area of student development within higher education. In all of her various roles, Leanna has found the coaching, mentoring, and training aspects most fulfilling. She recently transitioned to self employment as a Leadership & Career Coach, where she uses her past experiences, expertise, and coaching skills to help individuals and organizations achieve success.
